The hotel Sirena PB-B BCN A modern apartment in Diagonal Mar near the beach! This lovely apartment is in an area called Diagonal Mar located to the northeast of the old city about a 10 minute metro ride from the Gothic area. Also located here is one of Barcelona's largest convention centres, created especially for the Forum 2004 project... The area surrounding the apartment: The Sirena apartments are located about 10 mintues metro ride from Barcelona's old city centre. This area is relatively new and they have done a superb job, from the high quality finishes used in the construction to the surrounding areas, where you can find many local cafe/restaurants and bars and parks.... The area has a fresh and welcoming feel to it and with the excellent metro system the old part of town is extremely accessible, you are never far from the hustle and bustle of downtown Barcelona.... The beaches are about a 5 min walk from the apartment, they are really great beaches and a wonderful option on really hot summer days!!!! Also, there is a brand new, large commercial centre at a 10 minute walk from your front door so everything you could possibly need is on hand. The Apartment: The building where the 9 Sirena apartments are located has recently been completed and it has a very modern and fresh feel. All of the apartments in this building have A/C and heating to make your stay pleasant throughout the year and all clients have access to the communal roof terrace. This lovely apartment is one of several we can offer in the building. The photographs are a selection of the various units. The apartments may vary slightly in the layout or décor but the features are the same. Your specific apartment will be allocated on arrival.The Sirena PB-A/B/C apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in three bedrooms. On the ground floor you will find a comfortable living area with a double sofa bed for the 7th and 8th guests. A flat screen TV and DVD player provide entertainment if you choose to spend an evening at home. The dining area and kitchen are all a part of this spacious area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod cons you would expect to find in a modern apartment including dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. On this floor you will also find a double bedroom with ample wardrobe space and a full bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. The modern wood and metal staircase takes you to the upper floor of this lovely apartment. On this level you will find two spacious bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed.
