The hotel Alcantara Rio LIS Modern apartment strategically located between the city center and Belém The apartment is situated in Alcantara area in a brand new luxury building block, close to the Tagus river and the fashionable bars and restaurants of Docas. The area surrounding the apartment: Alcantara is a district by the Tagus River, between Lisbon and Ajuda, next to the 25th April bridge in direction to Belem. The riverside can be reached in a three minute walk from the apartment. You can stroll along the nicely arranged sidewalks of the Tagus, walk or run from Alcantara to the tower of Belem in a lovely green park, and experience one of the many fine restaurants or bars at your disposal. From your accommodation in Alcantara it is very easy to get to the city downtown, just catch the tramway N°15 coming from Belem right across the street, it will take you there in about 10 minutes. You can also easily access the Cascais line train station and go to the sandy beaches of Carcavelos and Estoril in about half an hour. The apartment: The building block is surrounded by a nice green garden, in a quite neighbourhood. You will get access by lift to your apartment located on the third floor. It has a spacious and bright 50m² living room with two sofas and two armchairs, cable TV and a DVD player. In the dining area enjoy your meals at the big table. The 6m long veranda overlooks the condominium gardens. The kitchen is large and fully equipped including washing machine and dishwasher.
