The hotel Atocha MAD In this spacious apartment the visitor of Madrid can pass a very pleasant stay in the heart of the city, close to all the major attractions. Its space and distribution make this flat a perfect choice. Only some minutes away from the Atocha train station – an emblematic place of the city because of its historic building. Currently it is the only train station at which the high speed trains AVE arrive. Therefore, it is one of the most important gates to the city. The apartment’s location could not be better – from here on you can reach all the important museums within a few minutes walk: the Reina Sofia, Prado, Caixa Forum, and a lot more interesting places… The Apartment: Large, modern, recently renovated and decorated in a way to please its visitor with good taste. The flat has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and an ‘ensuite’ bathroom, the other having each two single beds. From the entrance of the apartment you get into the kitchen, separated by a very original glass wall. The kitchen is very modern, furnished with good materials and has all the necessary facilities: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave,…On the left-hand side of the entrance there is the living room – a very spacious room with the typical balconies from which you can enjoy views on the street Atocha, one of the most important streets of Madrid. Because of this location, the living room has a lot of daylight and as the apartment is on the 3rd floor and has well isolated windows, noise will not be a disturbance. From this entrance, which is composed of the living room and the kitchen, you can reach the bedrooms via the corridor that you will find on the right hand side. First, there are the two bedrooms with single beds – the first with a very comfortable pull-out bed that can be optionally used as a single or as a double bed, the second one with two single beds. Both have cupboards so that there is enough space to store clothes. Furthermore, both rooms are interior so that there is no disturbing noise from the street. Between the two rooms, there is a complete bathroom with shower decorated in a very original style in dark blue colors. At the end of the corridor you will find the main bedroom, which is spacious, comfortable, equipped with a large built-in wardrobe and a stylish wooden bureau. This room is connected with the bathroom via a glass wall in the same fashion as the kitchen. The bathroom is completely equipped with a large white bath tub and a wooden piece of furniture below the sink to store clothes.
