The hotel Cuzco MAD Located in the financial area of Madrid, this beautiful apartment is surrounded by skyscrapers and modern buildings. This duplex has been designed in a very special way in order to offer a very pleasant stay in the business district of Madrid. The large terrace of 35 square meters is the ultimate factor to make this apartment a complete luxury. Thus, it is equipped with a variety of plants and exterior furniture in order to enjoy sunny days. The flat surprises above all in its most intimate spaces, in which you will conceive an air of the orient between Morocco and Indonesia, produced by the combination of strong colors and the typical flaggings, even the taps having the shape of animals. The Apartment: Here we find room for 3 persons – two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another one with a single bed. The flat is very spacious having 105 square meters + 35 square meters terrace. It is situated in a modern building with 24 hour security system and elevator. The apartment is a duplex in which we find the living and bedrooms, the kitchen and bathrooms on the lower and a living area and the terrace on the upper floor. At the entrance of the apartment you will find the main living room, from which the upper floor can be reached by means of spiral stairs. Upstairs, there is a living area equipped with a sofa and large windows with long, white curtains that reach to the floor, perfect to relax and creating a very pleasant atmosphere combining modern with rustic elements, such as the green armchair or the wooden desktop with the antique chair. Through this living area, the large terrace can be reached. The lower floor is very spacious as well. Here you will find the main living room with a fantastic white sofa with four seats – perfect to watch the television or a film with the DVD player, or simply to relax after a long day. The living room is also equipped with a cupboard with integrated drawers and a very agreeable parquet floor. The kitchen can be reached through a breakfast bar that serves as a very comfortable dining area. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything that is necessary – oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, etc. The two bedrooms are also situated on the lower floor. The first one has a double bed of 1,35 m while the other one a single bed of 1,20 m. Both rooms are exterior and are equipped with a desk and chair in case any work has to be done during your stay! The bathroom is fully equipped with a spacious shower, toilet and a sink. There is also an additional small bathroom with toilet and sink only. Your stay will be made very comfortable during hot summer days as well as cold winter nights by the independent heating system, the individual air conditioning machines and the very well insulated windows on the upper as well as lower floors.
