The hotel grand hyatt Grand Hyatt Melbourne is located at the 'top end' of prestigious Collins Street in the heart of Melbourne's central business, theatre and shopping districts. During the initial demolition and construction phase of the hotel's redevelopment, the hotel's Collins Street entrance will be closed and all hotel guests and visitors will enter and depart the hotel at the Russell Street entrance and porte cochere. Building works will be undertaken Monday through until Saturday from 7.30am until 6pm daily.During the secondary phase of the renovation, the Russell Street entrance will be re-built and all hotel guests will arrive and leave from the Collins Street entrance. The hotel's breakfast buffet will be re-located to one of the hotel's function rooms. The Grand Club lounge will be made available for all hotel guests whom wish to entertain clients or guests for lunch and dinner.
