The hotel Casa Catalina SEV Casa Catalina in the heart of Seville is an ideal choice for any visitor coming to stay..... This house was completely refurbished in 2008. The house has great natural light due to its large windows on each floor and the roof terrace is an added bonus.... The area surrounding the house Casa Catalina is in a great location ... Nothing is really far from this house!! Surrounded by churches and old squares it also is very close to the commercial area of old Seville. The department store El Corte Inglés and the pedestrian streets Tetuan, Sierpes and Cuna are literally 5 minutes down the road. And as with most of our properties this house is no more than a 10/12 minute walk from all the "must see monuments" The oldest tapas bar "El Rinconcillo" is next door and there are many more small authentic bars in the neighbourhood where visitors will be able to get the real feel of old Seville!! The House This fantastic house has three floors. On street level you find yourself in the lounge area; this room also has the open plan kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you will need to make meals after a day out!! There is a sofa and comfortable armchair to sit back and relax and a small fold up table with chairs for using when eating. The wrought iron spiral staircase starts on the ground floor and takes you up through the house. On the first floor we have the twin bedroom. Ample wardrobe space is provided for all guests' belongings. This room has two large windows that open out onto small balconies. The bathroom of the house is on this floor, it has a shower, WC, basin and fresh towels will be provided upon arrival. On the second floor we have the other bedroom, with a large comfortable double bed and again with ample wardrobe space for guests' belongings. This room also has large windows that open out onto small balconies. There is a small TV is this room. Should there be more than four guests, this bedroom has also a comfortable day-bed that can sleep two extra people. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SLEEPING AREAS ARE NOT PRIVATE, BEDROOMS DO NOT HAVE DOORS Continue up the spiral staircase and you are now on the roof terrace, great veiw and furnished with table, chairs and parasol for those lazy afternoons or warm evenings in Seville!!
