It's very easy to find hotels in Romania for a decent price, even at the last minute. In most all tourist centres you'll be approached at the train station about accommodation (an easy way to find something last minute) but it's best to book in advance when visiting big cities during popular tourist season. In the countryside there is also a wide choice but it's good to note that B&Bs tend to be much more expensive than hotels.
