Florence is to the north where you'll find the birthplace of the Renaissance. It is a must-stop on the Italian sightseeing circuit. Tuscany doesn't disappoint in terms of scenery and quaint places to stop in. Don't miss Pisa, Lucca or Siena, they make great day-trips.

Naples & the Almafi Coast

Some say that the real Italy is found in the south, in particular in Naples. As one of the most proud Italian cities there are a few things you have to do while you're here. The first is to eat pizza because legends has it that it was invented here.
