Knock Shrine: On August 21st, 1879 there were apparitions from Our Lady, St. John the Evangelist and St. Joseph at the south gable of Knock Parish Church. Fifteen people witnesses it. Today this place is called the Marian Shrine.

Basilica: Not what you'd expect, this is one of the most stunning modern basilicas around. Designed in the 1970s by Daithi Hanly, it is part of the shrine grounds and shouldn't be missed.

Knock Folk Museum: For cultural context, take your Knock car hire to the Folk Museum. It depicts Knock village life in the 19th century and also includes a comprehensive display on the Apparition.
