Ibiza is one of the most popular island destinations in Spain. It is the third largest of the Balearic Islands and is most well-known for its party scene during the summer months, great beaches and historic towns. Holidays in Ibiza are sure to delight.
D’Alt Vila: It's an old walled town which was first inhabited by the Romans in the sixteenth century. Inside their stone fortress is the Plaça de la Vila with many restaurants and shops. Behind the plaza it's possible to walk along the top of the walls for great views of the area.
Beaches: Ibiza has more than 80 beaches, more than enough to choose from. The best beaches: Cala Jondal (San José), Benirras, Ses Salines, Port des Torrent, and Playa de s'Estanyol. For most the only way to reach them is with an Ibiza car hire.
Summer parties: During the summer all of the restaurants open up their terraces. The island lends itself to the nighthawks that are looking to dance after an evening dinner. The best clubs: Pacha, KM5, Space, Eden and Amnesia.
