Kotor: Kotor Bay is the most Mediterranean looking place in the country with some gorgeous UNESCO World Heritage Sights like the Stari Grad (old town). Don't miss St Tryphon's Cathedral and a hike up to the Fortifications above the city.

Montenegro hotels are quite a lot cheaper than what you'll find in Western Europe. There is quite a selection in central Podgorica but near the coast the resorts are more or less the same as each other. In peak season it pays to book your hotels in Montenegro as early as possible.
