Zurich: You could spend your entire Swiss holiday just exploring Zurich there is so much to see and do here. Start in the old town where you can visit Grossmunster, Fraumunster and the city museum, Landesmuseum. This is a city for clubbing. It has the most nightclubs per capita in Europe.

There is no shortage of hotels in Switzerland's big cities and even up in the mountains and you'll find that hotel staff are generally accommodating and able to offer service in a number of languages. Be wary though, hotel room prices are much more expensive than in Europe, especially at ski resorts.
