World’s best restaurants, it’s a ranking that comes out every year in spring, issued by the British magazine “Restaurant,” which uses its team of expert gourmet chefs to rank and nominate 7 restaurants, including at least 3 that are abroad. Here are their top picks.
As in 2010, 2011 and 2012, the Danish restaurant Noma has been awarded the title of best plate in the world, taking it back from Spanish restaurant El Celler de Can Roca in Gerona.
To have the honour of dining at a table at Noma, you have to reserve it months in advance. You can also bet that your meal choice will be far more expensive than your flights to Copenhagen cost (you can find cheap deals around £60 return)!

Best restaurants in Britain
While it’s no surprise that London is a hot spot for good eats, having two restaurants in the top 10 is an impressive feat. Outside of London, a sole restaurant has received recognition, at spot number 47 in the list of top 50 restaurants in the world is The Fat Duck, located in Bray. A handful of other London locales also made it into the top 100.
