easyJet is planning to launch a brand new flight this winter from London Stansted to Reykjavik in Iceland. It will no doubt be one of the cheapest ways to see the Northern Lights!
Tickets are now on sale for easyJet’s newest flight to Reykjavik from London Stansted, which will operate twice a week. easyJet already operates flights to the Icelandic capital from London Gatwick, London Luton, Bristol, Edinburgh, Manchester and Belfast.
Reykjavik is easyJet’s 25th destination from Stansted Airport, and the airline hopes to shuttle 13,000 passengers between the two destinations in the coming winter season. The airline’s commercial manager, Ali Gayward commented,
“Our Iceland routes have proved extremely popular in both the summer and winter owing to its stunning scenery and amazing natural landscape.”
