Los Angeles International Airport won approval to build an exclusive terminal for the world’s wealthiest travelers and celebrities.

The ultimate VIP suite will allow guests to be dropped off behind closed doors, to avoid paparazzi. They will also have access to exclusive lounges, catering facilities and separate security checks. They will also be driven directly to their flight.

The new service will cost from $1,500 and is due to be opened by next summer.

The additional terminal is planned to bring in revenues of $3.7 million in the first year of operation.

If the LAX terminal is successful, they will roll out the service to JFK, San Francisco, Miami, Chicago and Dallas.

This however will be bad news to the average Joe public, as it will make celeb spotting even harder to do at airports.
