Thomas Cook Airlines has announced it will be launching brand new direct flight services from Manchester to Los Angeles and Boston starting next year, with return tickets starting at £299.
Travellers from north of England will have even more choices on their hands next year when it comes time to choose their holiday destinations. Thomas Cook Airlines will be adding two new routes from Manchester Airport, to Los Angeles and to Boston, as of May 2016. Both flights will operate twice a week, with Airbus A330 aircraft. Tickets for the flights to Los Angeles and Boston are already on sale, starting at £299 for Boston and £399 for LA.
Manchester will be the only city outside of London in the UK with direct flights to both of these U.S. cities, making trips across the pond even easier for travellers from the north of England. Los Angeles will no doubt appeal to culture buffs and those looking to enjoy a little California sunshine, while Boston will be attractive in autumn, when New England’s foliage changes colour.
