In their recent annual survey they have established which airlines are best in certain categories: Best Airlines in the UK, most modern airlines, most comfortable airlines, best in-flight service, best in-flight entertainment, best check-in service, best airline VIP lounge, best value for money and best overall airline.
eDream’s analysed over 90,000 results from their travellers in order to find the best in market. eDreams has created a cool infographic which visually displays their findings, take a look on their eDreams website.

Best Airlines in UK
- Flybe
- British Airways
- Monarch Airlines
According to the results Flybe ranked first for UK airlines with a rating of 3.89 out of 5. To put this into context Luxair received a rating of 4.11.
Other notable factors
Swiss International Air Lines was named the most comfortable airline in the study with a 3.58 rating. Considering Swiss International ranked third in the overall survey this demonstrates that each extra centimeter of legroom goes a long way.
Comfort is key on a flight, and often being comfortable or uncomfortable can determine how you perceive the other services. So it’s not surprising that Swiss also took the top spot for Best In-Flight service with a high rating of 4.22.
