Jet-setters eager to book cheap flights to Shanghai from Taipei could find that this is even easier than before. Eva Air has now added six new weekly routes between these two destinations.
The plan was finally put into action on June 14th when the new flights were added to the airline’s schedule. Taipei Sungshan and Shanghai Hongqiao will both be popular airports for leisure and especially business travellers in the future. This extra service was added to supplement the older service that runs from Taoyuan and Pudong international airports.
According to the company – which provides 77 flights each week along 28 routes – “this makes same-day round trips between Taipei and Shanghai easier and more convenient for business or leisure”.
Eva Air also has plans to bring in a 252-passenger Airbus in October of this year, after the expansion of Sungshan Airport has been completed. Eva Air doesn’t only service China however, they also recently launched non-stop flights to Toronto from Taipei, while offering travellers new cabin service the Elite Class premium economy.
This provides those on cheap flights to Toronto and other worldwide destinations wider seats, deeper cushions and an entertainment system with movies, games and music.
