Ryanair celebrates after announcing a total passenger lift of 101.4 million during 2015 which is a huge increase of 14% on the previous year.
EasyJet are also celebrating increased figures compared to 2014, but the figures are less impressive.
Both carriers enjoyed a busy December as the footfall rose significantly, despite the nervousness among passengers brought on by the terror attacks in Paris, November 13.
Ryan Air transported 7.5 million people during December which is a 50% increase on December 2013.
The airline are celebrating the numbers by saying that they are the first airline to carry over 100 million international passengers in a year.
