The most expensive city in 2016 is …

Sometimes living in London can feel like the most expensive city in the world, but with Economist Intelligence Unit’s 2016 Worldwide Cost of living survey, we now know it is actually the sixth most expensive city in the world.

Phew – it seems we were being drama queens. Although, London has moved up and is in its highest position since 2002.
But New York has risen a huge 42 places since 2011.
