History of Aerosur

Aerosur was founded in 1992 as a regional airline and was the first airline in Bolivia to introduce Business and First class services in-flight on domestic routes. Today Aerosur is the second largest airline based in Bolivia, Lloyd Aereo Boliviano being the first. Its destination network consists largely of domestic destinations with a few international destinations as well including flights to Miami, Madrid, Buenos Aires and São Paulo. The airline operates charter flights on top of its regularly scheduled services from La Havana to Miami and New York City.
